SharkScope Desktop can’t always correctly detect when you’ve been moved to a new table in an iPoker MTT. This is due to an error in iPoker hand history files. Until iPoker can fix this, we’ve added a work-around:
1. After moving to a new table in the same MTT, play and complete at least one hand.
2. SharkScope Desktop has a HUD control panel on the top right corner of your iPoker table. Look for the icon that resembles a poker table:
3. Click on it to see all the recent iPoker tables that SharkScope Desktop has found in your hand history files:
4. Select a table. Do the correct player HUD panels now appear? If not, keep trying different tables from the drop-down menu, until the right players are showing.
